SpyAgent not as user friendly as advertised

Installing Spyagent was quite easy and the stealth mode was impressive until the anti-virus software stopped its operation. The work arounds provided by the website did not work and disabling the features in the anti-virus software left the computer vulnerable to other problems. They do offer a trial version, but there is a no refund policy and customer support was very slow to respond to inquiries.
