Keylogger Pro, from ExploreAnywhere Software, is a fair product. If you are just looking for an application that records keystrokes, then this might be the product for you. If you are looking for a product that monitors your computer activity including keystrokes, then there are much better options. For a product that specializes in keystroke monitoring, there are a number of useful options with this product, including scheduling, automatic cleanup of logs, and timeout features.
Feature Set:
The task of setting up delivery of an email seemed a bit laborious. Even then, it didn't work. You have the option to specify all of the SMTP information and POP3 signon information. This should have only required one field – your email address.

Keylogger Pro was a little difficult to figure out how to start the recording process. What should have been a simple click on the "Start" function, required 3 or 4 attempts to begin monitoring. Once it started working, it appeared to record the keystrokes correctly. An attempt was made to call ExploreAnywhere Software about the situation but the company only had online ticket forms for support.
Monitoring Effectiveness:
If you are looking for a product that monitors your computer activity including keystrokes, then there are much better options.
Help/Documentation:
The company only has online ticket forms for support. The Help is not context sensitive and is not as in-depth as some of the other products.
Summary:
Overall, Keylogger Pro needs a lot of work to be able to compete against the other spyware /monitoring software in the marketplace.
