Feature Set:  

The product basically monitors keystrokes and identifies which websites you have visited, but that is all. One interesting feature that the other products didn't have was the ability to filter out certain keystrokes. As in most of the other products, when looking at the keystroke logs, you get all of the annoying ENTER, or TAB key designations. With Ghost Keylogger, you have the additional option of filtering these annoying keystrokes out of the logs.

Ease of Use:  

The application crashed numerous times, and it seemed to have all kinds of problems.

Ease of Installation:  

The install was easy.

Monitoring Effectiveness:  

There are much better and complete monitoring programs to see what is happening on your computer than Ghost Keylogger.

Help/Documentation:  

The help is poor, it is not context sensitive and is not as in-depth as some of the other products.

Overall, Ghost Keylogger is lacking a number of features. The product needs a lot of work to be able to compete against the other spyware/monitoring software in the marketplace.
